The Setup and Approach
At the start of our collaboration, the startup was still in its conceptual phase, and with limited resources, we had to deliver results quickly and efficiently. We structured our development into three key phases:
- Low-Code Approach: To kickstart the project, one of our technical leads utilized a low-code solution (Webflow, Make, Wized, and Outseta) to build the app's initial front-end and back-end quickly. This enabled the client to release a functional product early, supporting their marketing efforts.
- Building the MVP: With early users engaging on the platform, we confirmed the MVP. We then focused on building a robust architecture using AWS, React, and Node.js. Within six months, the full MVP was ready for market, which paved the way for a second wave of user acquisition.
- Extending the MVP: Following successful traction and additional investment, we expanded the development team, including a full-stack developer, to further enhance the platform with new features and integrations.
